CanaryBit is proud to announce receiving the “Cybersecurity Made in Europe” label from the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO).
The European DIGITAL SME Alliance conducted the certification and issued the label to CanaryBit. The label is a recognition to organisations that preserve their European identity and ownership, as well as share EU’s core values.
The label is issued to organisations that:
– are headquartered in Europe;
– have major ownership/control in Europe;
– have their primary place of business in Europe;
– locate the majority of R&D activities and staff in Europe;
– comply with ENISA’s “Indispensable baseline security requirements for the secure ICT products and services”
– comply with European Data and Privacy Requirements, defined by the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Latest research shows that more than half of buyers consider the country of origin as important or very important in their decision making. Meanwhile, the Gartner Magic Quadrants, widely adopted by enterprises and large organisations in the IT industry, has a limited representation of European-based vendors. The ECSO Cyberhive EUROPE ® is the European initiative to promote and increase the visibility of European cybersecurity companies on the global market.
CanaryBit shares and will always strive to align to the principles identified by the ECSO “Cybersecurity Made in Europe” label, keeping the company fully European and its solutions compliant with the European regulations.
With this goal in mind, CanaryBit is a proud member of ECSO and supporter of the Cyberhive initiative.
